Use logic to try to beat your opponents. For example, if a player had one Fire-type and one Snow-type card, they would probably use a water-type card so you should use a snow type card. But if the penguin who was fighting with you was a high belt penguin, they know if they chose water and you choose snow you would win. So they chose Fire-type card to defeat your snow. This way it was better to choose a water-type card. In League, before matches you’ll enter what’s known as “The Draft”. The Draft allows you to select the cards that you want to play with in a League match, giving you ultimate control and freedom over your selections. This was not previously available in the original iteration of Card-Jitsu, and The Draft adds a brand new strategic element to the game. This technique can be played with any combo of elements. It works surprisingly well, and if you have the right cards, you will almost certainly win. However, in the event of similar types of cards being played, the card with the highest number would win. If the numbers also matched, a draw would happen.
